How long does it take?
Wash & press and pressing: next day. Express: 6 hours. Dry cleaning: 1–2 days. Blankets and duvets: 2–3 days. Carpets, curtains and shoes: 3–7 days. Your receipt shows the exact ready time for every piece.
Are you open 24 hours?
Yes. We are open day and night, every day. Pickups and deliveries run around the clock, every day.
How do I book a pickup?
Use the Book a pickup page: your phone number, your blue-plate address (zone, street, building) and a 2-hour window. You can also send us a WhatsApp or call. A driver comes in the window you chose.
How much is delivery?
Free when your bill is QAR 50 or more; QAR 10 below that.
How do I pay?
Cash, card, Fawran, SkipCash or bank transfer, at the counter or at your door. You can pay at drop-off or when you collect.
How do I follow my clothes?
Scan the QR code on your receipt. It shows every piece, where it is now, when it is ready, and lets you report a problem in three taps.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Please check your clothes when you collect them. Visible damage is handled at the counter; hidden problems can be reported within 48 hours through the QR page. Compensation follows the Ministry of Commerce and Industry rules, printed on every receipt.
How long do you keep clothes that are not collected?
Three months, as the Ministry requires. We remind you before that. Clothes not collected after 90 days of the ready notice may be donated to charity.
Do you have a loyalty programme?
Yes, it is free. Members get 15% off their first bill after joining, a stamp for every bill of QAR 50 or more (5 stamps = QAR 50 off), a birthday gift and membership tiers. Join at the counter in one minute.
